Why do you believe the local hero should be recognized or honored?
A coworker fell, sliced his head open very bad. Andrew saw everyone staring at guy. He then saw what had occurred. He hummed into action. He tore off his own shirt and wrapped the coworkers head to stop bleeding, directed someone to call 911. Told 911 to bring several units of O- to make sure it eas compatible. He saved the coworkers life by his actions. ER said he is alive because of Andrew's quick response and instruction.
