Darien DUI Suspect Drives Into Traffic: Cops
In another case, a car was burglarized in a Darien neighborhood, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their weekly blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- A 44-year-old Lyons man was arrested about 11 p.m. June 19 on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and driving an uninsured car. Police said they were notified of a car that was driving into oncoming traffic. The man was stopped on 75th Street. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
Car burglary

- A car was burglarized Sunday in the 1500 block of Lakeview Drive. The owner said the rear passenger window was removed. It was found in the grass.
Retail theft
- A man walked into Circle K, 8975 Lemont Road, and stole an item about 9 p.m. Tuesday. A 35-year-old Indianapolis man was arrested on a retail theft charge.
