Accumulation of food and presents was done by the <a href="http://www.darienlions.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Darien Lions Club</a> and the <a href="http://www.darienparks.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Darien Park District</a>, through donations received throughout the year. Distribution was accomplished by the Darien Lions Club members, their families and other volunteers. This compassionate event began in 1976 and is the largest community event the Darien Lions under take. The Darien Lions and The Darien Park District would like to thank the community for their continued support.
