Blogs about: In the spring/summer, I blog about food, gardening, and ways to find healthy, real products to eat. In the winter/fall, I switch over to promoting more of a healthy state of mind, etc. When gardening time comes back into season, I will go back to the food/gardening, interspersed with things on mental/spiritual/emotional health as well.

What made you decide to start blogging for Patch? I always wanted to blog consistently somewhere, but was too intimidated by most other bloggers. This just seemed like a good place to begin.

What do you do when you're not blogging? I teach a Musical Theatre workshop, Glee Club, Voice and Tap Dancing for the . Also, I spend one evening a week teaching Performance Choir, Voice and Keyboard for Seaspar. Did I also mention my part-time job at ? Love the bread.

What is your favorite thing about living in Darien? The proximity to the city. The closeness of so many business—, Michael's, Starbucks, Panera, Target, etc. And blogging for the Patch!
