Criminal Sexual Assault Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The 26-year-old Waukegan man was arrested last week, according to police.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Lydia P. Washington, 29, no permanent address, had a warrant for unlawful restraint, domestic battery, and was arrested Sept. 9 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Oct. 1.

Felipe Nolasco, 28, of the 35400 block of North Wilson Road, Ingleside, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Sept. 9 in the 31800 block of Fairfield Road, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 24.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED
- Eric E. Lightfoot, 54, of the 3000 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 9 at Wadsworth Road and Bernice Terrace, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
- Tynesha M. Stewart, 34, of the 1900 block of Freedom Court, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, having a suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 12 in the 38400 block of Wilson Lane, Beach Park. She was released following her arrest.
- Yanmi J. Mata Cortez, 19, of the 1000 block of Balmoral Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 13 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Cortez was released following the arrest.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Dagoberto D. Rodrituez-Cortez, 42, of the 2600 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 11 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 15.
- Pierre Alamillo, 38, of the 3200 block of 23rd Street, Zion, had a warrant for DUI alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 12 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 11.

RETAIL THEFT
Javante D. Kinzer, 29, of the 21100 block of N. 24th Street, unincorporated Barrington, had a warrant out of Kane County for retail theft, and was arrested Sept. 11 at Lake Cook and Plum Grove roads, Deer Park. A future court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.
CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT
Kevin J. Ramirez, 26, of the 1700 block of Berwick Boulevard, Waukegan, had a warrant for criminal sexual assault, and was arrested Sept. 12 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 16.
BATTERY
Oscar Licona Mendoza, 23, of the 900 block of Glen Flora, Waukegan, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested Sept. 12 at Green Bay Road and Greenwood Drive, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 2.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Jennifer E. Avery, 52, of the 36600 block of W. Wildwood Avenue, Ingleside, had a warrant out of McHenry County for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Sept. 13 in the 26600 block of W. Wildwood Avenue, Ingleside. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
AGGRAVATED SPEEDING
Dominic Sarpy, 56, of the 800 block of Sterling Heights, Antioch, is accused of aggravated speeding (101 mph in a 50 mph zone), and was arrested Sept. 13 at routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. He was released following his arrest.
RECKLESS DRIVING
Raqi B. Smith, 24, of the 14100 block of Chestnut Lane, Orland Park, is accused of reckless driving, no driver's license, and was arrested Sept. 13 at Route 132 and Almond Drive, Gurnee. Smith was released following the arrest.
REVOKED REGISTRATION
Isreal D. Medina, 34, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for revoked registration, and was arrested Sept. 14 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Medina was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 9.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Evan S. Zhuravel, 21, of the 800 block of Bluebird Street, unincorporated Deerfield, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 14 in the 800 block of Bluebird Street, unincorporated Deerfield. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 22.
