Bernice E. O’Malley, 88, of Deerfield and former longtime resident of Evanston, passed away July 24, 2014.

Beloved wife of the late John James O’Malley; and loving mother of Michael and the late John James, Jr. O’Malley.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 1 pm until time of service 3 pm at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Lake County Regional Office, 100 Tri-State Int., #125, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 or to the Heartland Animal Shelter, 2975 Milwaukee Ave., Northbrook, IL 60062.
