Domestic Battery, Battery On An Officer, DUI: Lake County Blotter
The Lake County Sheriff's Office made a series of arrests of residents including on charges related to domestic batter and other crimes.

DEERFIELD, IL — The Lake County Sheriff’s Department made a series of arrests involving area residents who have been charged with various crimes, the department announced Tuesday.
Local residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding and that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Clint P. Morley, 53, unincorporated Lake Villa, was arrested on Sept. 11 on a warrant for obstructing identification. He was released on $35,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct 12.
Michael J. Stachura, 57, Round Lake Beach, was arrested on Sept. 13 on a warrant for domestic battery and obstructing a police officer. Bond was set at $500,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

John M. Graham, 31, Ingleside, was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with domestic battery and interfering in the report of domestic battery. Bond was set at $150,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 27.
Jauborah S. Evans, 33, Waukegan, was arrested on Sept. 13 on a warrant out of Ford County for battery to a police officer. Bond was set at $24,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court in Ford County at a later date.
Christopher J. Pasaye, 21, Hoffman Estates, was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and driving without a license. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.
Jose L. Hernandez, 41, Waukegan, was arrested on Sept. 14 and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 1.
Victor L. Chapman, 61, Zion, was arrested on Sept. 15 and charged with the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $150,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 20.
Susan L. Kugler, 67, Wadsworth, was arrested on Sept. 15 and charged with attempted unlawful possession of a controlled substance. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.
Ernesto Vazquez, Jr., 28, Round Lake Beach, was arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.
Aberlado Murillo, 28, unincorporated Mundelein, was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted $3,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.
Michael O. Hathaway, 57, Beach Park, was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 18.
