Drunken Driver Charged With 7 Counts Of Endangering Child: Riverwoods PD Blotter

Denise N. Kimble, 43, of the 1500 block of S. 7th Street, Maywood, is accused of speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:33 a.m. July 23, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 21.

Juan E. Gates, Jr., 35, of the 1100 block of McCalister Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of seven counts of endangering the life of a child, speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 2:57 a.m. July 20, near Milwaukee Avenue and Chicory Lane. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 21.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
Police were called to the 1500 block of Burn Drive at 10:28 a.m. July 24, for a report of a motor vehicle theft. The resident reported that at some time overnight, someone had entered their driveway and removed one of their personal vehicles. Later, police were able to locate and recover the vehicle, found parked and unoccupied in a residential area of Chicago.
