Drunken Driver Endangers Life Of Child: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Brandy L. Kenimer, 44, of the 3100 block of Bethel Boulevard, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 30 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. She was released following her arrest.
• Jese Nolasco, 23, of the 2200 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (82 mph in a 40 mph zone), unlawful transportation of cannabis, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 1 at Sheridan Road and Michigan Boulevard, Beach Park. Nolasco was released following the arrest.
• Robby J. Jackson, 40, of Plesant Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 2 at Sheridan Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. He was released following the arrest.

RETAIL THEFT

Donovan J. White, Jr., 30, of the 12600 block of S. Page Street, Calumet Park, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Oct. 1 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 17.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Micaila L. Kline, 22, of the 34100 block of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Oct. 1 in the 34100 block of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of Oct. 16 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Simone Baker, 41, of the 2200 block of Galilee Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, endangering the life of a child, and was arrested Oct. 2 at Lewis Avenue and Richard Place, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 19.
• David A. Salgado, 66, of the 3400 block of Winhaven Drive, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, possession of ammo without a FOID, and was arrested Oct. 5 in the 10300 block of W. Beach Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 19.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A CORRECTIONAL OFFICER

Miriam Arias-Limon, 22 of the 600 block of W. Pacific Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery to a correctional officer, aggravated assault, and was arrested Oct. 3 at the Lake County Jail. She was being held there on other charges, and a court date of Oct. 21 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Elizabeth Zoph, 26, of the 2900 block of Tiffany Court, Rockford, had a warrant out of Winnebago County for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Oct. 4 in the 23300 block of W. Liberty Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. A future court date in Winnebago County was to be determined at the time of the report.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Jayquan T. McCloud, 29, of the 4000 block of Gregory Drive, Zion, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Oct. 5 in the 4000 block of Gregory Drive, Zion. A purge amount of $1,759 was paid and a court date of Oct. 16 was assigned.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER

Charton T. McKnight, 33, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Oct. 5 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. McKnight was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 30.

THEFT

Elena E. Jackson, 50, of the 6200 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Gurnee, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Oct. 5 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 30.
