Jimmy Chamberlin, the former drummer for Smashing Pumpkins, has relisted his Riverwoods home for $1.75 million, according to Curbed Chicago. That’s up from the original listing price of $1.649 million in 2011. It’s been mostly off the market since then.
The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom, 10,600-square-foot home sits on 1.77 acres and boasts a theater, wine cellar and spa, according to its listing on Zillow.
