Home Owned by Horace Grant Sold in Deerfield
The modest abode sold for $650,000 last month.

DEERFIELD, IL - Fans of the Chicago Bulls who remember the team’s first “three-peat” during the early 1990’s know that it wasn’t just Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen making things happen. Power forward Horace Grant was the rebounding force the team had before Dennis Rodman and did a lot of the dirty work for the team that won NBA championships in 1991, 1992 and 1993.
Jordan and Pippen received all the glamour, and their homes in Highland Park matched that in terms of lavish amenities. Grant, more of a blue-collar player, was also more modest with his home, living in a 3,074-square-foot Deerfield abode that he sold for just $565,000 in 2010.
That same home sold last month for a $650,000 tally, according to a Chicago Tribune Elite Street report.

The home - a far cry from the palaces Jordan and Pippen called home in neighboring Highland Park but still a comfortable corner near the Bulls’ former practice facility - has 3.5 baths, a two-car garage and hardwood floors throughout the house.
