How Much Did Deerfield Executives Earn in 2012?

A recent report ranks the executive incomes of Illinois' 100 biggest companies. Businesses located in Deerfield made the list.

The Chicago Tribune ranked the salaries of the chief executives at the 100 largest, Illinois-based companies.

Among the companies represented in the report are Deerfield's Mondelez, Walgreens and Baxter.

Mondelez CEO Irene B. Rosenfeld tops the list having earned about $28.8 million based on cash income and stock value, according to the report.

Baxter CEO Robert L. Parkinson Jr. lands at No. 6 having earned about $17.5 million.

Walgreens CEO Gregory D. Wasson comes in at No. 12 having earned about $12 million.

Nearby, Abbott Labs CEO Miles D. White takes the No. 3 spot having earned about $25.1 million.

James T. Ryan, CEO of Lake Forest-based W.W. Grainger, is No. 26 on the list having earned about $8.4 million.
