Man With Gun Resists Arrest: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The Chicago resident was arrested over the weekend in Beach Park, according to police.

Tasha C. Kennedy, 53, of the 400 block of E. Lake Avenue, Round Lake, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Kennedy was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 19.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Katherine J. Graham, 25, of the 0-100 block of Copperfield Drive, Hawthorn Woods, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 22.
BATTERY
Jocelyn S. Bennett, 37, of the 1100 block of Pheasant Run, Zion, had a warrant for battery, resisting arrest, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A court date of Oct. 28 was assigned.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Eric Arriga-Martinez, 21, of the 1000 block of W. Grove Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 22 at Route 41 and Stearns School Road, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released following his arrest.
- Monserrat Reyes, 23, of the 1500 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago, is accused of having no driver's license, suspended registration, and was arrested Oct. 25 at Route 120 and O'Plaine Road, Waukegan. Reyes was released following the arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Fernanda Saldivar, 20, of the 600 block of Clark Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 22 at Sheridan Road and Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan. Saldivar was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 19.
SUSPENDED REGISTRATION
Jaquelyn M. Montoya, 27, of the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a suspended registration, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Oct. 23 at 34th Street and N. Sheridan Road, Zion. She was released following her arrest.
AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
Austin P. Porter Reed, II, 18, of the 5500 block of S. Honore Street, Chicago, is accused of unlawful possession of a firearm, resisting arrest, and was arrested Oct. 25 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 19.
BURGLARY
Julie M. Rejczyk 51, of the 33600 block of N. Idlewild Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of burglary, theft and was arrested Oct. 26 in the 33600 block of N. Idlewild Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 18.
