AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Jason I. Andersen, 50, of the 18500 block of W. Main Street, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested on Aug. 25 in the 18500 block of W. Old Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Sept. 18.

  • Pascal Gashema, 22, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (100 mph in a 65 mph zone), reckless driving, no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested on Aug. 25 at I-94 and Route 22, unincorporated Lincolnshire. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 26.
  • Marcin Rogowski, 34, of the 33000 block of N. Valley View Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant out of McHenry County for DUI, and was arrested Aug. 31 in the 33000 block of N. Valley View Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Keith Markmilton B. Apostol, 29, of the 1800 block of Belle Plaine Avenue, Gurnee, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding (91 mph in a 55 mph zone), and was arrested Aug. 31 at Route 120 and River Road, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 15.
  • Axel A. Aleman, 25, of the 17000 block of Melrose Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 31 in the 11500 block of W. Oak Drive, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 8.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

  • Samantha J. Gomez-Wilson, 33, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and was arrested Aug. 25 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 23.
  • Magdalena K. Rozycki, 41, of the 25300 block of N. Wren Drive, Tower Lakes, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested Aug. 30 in the 25300 block of N. Wren Avenue, Tower Lakes. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 16.

THEFT

  • Lauren E. Werner, 39, of the 20800 block of Sienna Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Aug. 26 in the 20800 block of Sienna Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. A future court date was to be determined.
  • Timron A. Felton, 20, of the 17600 block of W. Horseshoe Lane, unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of theft, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Aug. 28 in the 17600 block of Horseshoe Lane, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

ATTEMPTED CRIMINAL SEXUAL ABUSE

Pedro Lizcano Almazan, 46, of the 0-100 block of N. Saint James Street, Waukegan, is accused of attempted criminal sexual abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 26 in the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Sept. 2.

RETAIL THEFT

  • Kayshandra R. Outlaw, 25, of the 1600 block of Lorelei Drive, Zion, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested on Aug. 26 in the 200 block of W. Water Street, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 18.
  • Jonathan J. Benjamin, 46, of the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Aug. 27 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 1.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Reginald L. Clark, 41, of the 10200 block of Wadsworth Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Aug. 26 at Wadsworth Road and Holdridge Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 24.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Dawn M. Lauer Metzen, 57, no permanent address, had a warrant out of Walworth County, Wisconsin, for fleeing to elude, and was arrested Aug. 26 in the 18400 block of W. Grand Avenue, unincorporated Gurnee. A future court date in Wisconsin was to be determined at the time of the report.

MOB ACTION

Noah D. Argiewicz, 41, of the 36800 block of Stanton Point Road, Ingleside, had a warrant for mob action, and was arrested Aug. 26 in the 36800 block of Stanton Point, Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 23.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Eric G. Hewitt, 40, no permanent address, had a warrant for criminal trespass to residence, and was arrested Aug. 28 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 4.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Jonathan T. Markocki, 24, of the 100 block of Inverrary Lane, unincorporated Deerfield, had a warrant out of Cook County for aggravated assault, and was arrested Aug. 29 in the 100 block of Inverrary Lane, unincorporated Deerfield. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Donyae D. Stingley, 20, of the 700 block of McAlister Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, attempt to flee/elude, child restraint violation, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 31 at Beach Road and Creek Court, Beach Park.

IDENTITY THEFT

Keywan D. Little, 25, of the 700 block of McAlister Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for identity theft, a new charge of open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 31 at Beach Road and Creek Court, Beach Park. Little was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 16.
