New Neighbors Thrill Shop Owner

Few are happier with the arrival of three new stores at Deerfield Square than Avenue Fashions owner Sandy Panuce.

After having no retailers on either side of her for a long time, Panuce welcomes Tria Boutique to her west and Pure Barre Fitness to her east. She expects a lot of synergy to come from the increased traffic the stores will bring. Hear her comments on the video.

Tria and Pure Barre are two of the three merchants completely filling the mall portion of Deerfield Square in the next six months. The other is Robert Vance, a men’s clothing store which has been operating in Chicgoland for more than 40 years. It plans to open in September.
