No Big Enrollment Increases Expected in Deerfield Schools
Enrollment figures are expected to remain flat in Deerfield schools.

Though official numbers won't be available until sometime after the new school year gets underway, enrollment at Deerfield schools isn't expected to fluctuate much compared with last school year, reported the Chicago Tribune.
Officials at Township High School District 113 says enrollment figures will likely remain flat, according to the Tribune. District 109 won't have a clear picture until October.
The Lake County Regional Office of Education recently released district enrollment figures for the 2012-13 school year.
Total enrollment in District 113, which operates Deerfield High School and Highland Park High School, was 3,772 last school year. Enrollment at DHS was 1,701.
Total enrollment in Deerfield Public Schools District 109 was 3,084 last school year. Of the district's five schools, enrollment was highest at Caruso Middle School, which had 546 students. Kipling Elementary ranked lowest with enrollment of 490 students.
