Pair Nabbed For Battery At Lake County Jail: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

BATTERY

• Horecio Torres, 39, of the 600 block of McKinley Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of battery, and was arrested Aug. 11 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges. A court date of Sept. 3 was assigned.
• Noe Gomez-Castro, 30, of the 500 block of Lynn Terrace, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested Aug. 11 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges. A court date of Sept. 25 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Amber M. Rowe, 24, of the 37300 block of N. Columbus Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Aug. 11 in the 37300 block of N. Columbus Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 24.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS

Isaiah W. Scott Patton, 19, of the 6200 block of Berenice Avenue, Chicago, is accused of unlawful possession of cannabis, resisting arrest, and was arrested Aug. 12 in the 12700 block of W. Nemesis Avenue, unincorporated Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 3.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED

Jacalyn M. Walters, 27, of the 600 block of Ivy Court, Round Lake, is accused of driving while license revoked, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Aug. 12 at 33rd Street and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 3.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Luis E. Erazo Moya, 29, of the 100 block of Washington Park, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 12 at Route 132 and Grand Avenue, Waukegan.
• Joel A. Rodriguez, 35, of the 100 block of Glenwood Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of DUI alcohol/drugs, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Aug. 13 at Route 120 and Fish Lake Road, Volo. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 9.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

• Nathaniel D. Whitaker, 21, of the 400 block of N. LeClaire Street, Chicago, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and was arrested Aug. 12 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 25.
• Michael J. Dani, 39, of the 3500 block of Atlantic Avenue, Gurnee, is accused of unlawful possession of a weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 15 at Green Bay Road and Waldo Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 8.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Howard I. Roy, 44, of the 200 block of Jackson Court, Bartlett, is accused of aggravated assault, and was arrested Aug. 13 at Townline and Bacon roads, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 17.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Brandon M. Tiedel, 43, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 13 in the 0-100 block of Lake Front Drive, unincorporated Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 16.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Daniel Garcia Salas, 30, of the 2600 block of Northfield Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested Aug. 14 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
• Marcos Gasca, 77, of the 800 block of County Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, suspended registration, and was arrested Aug. 16 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Hew as released following his arrest.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Christopher C. Taylor, 41, of the 600 block of Chesapeake Drive, Bolingbrook, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 14 in the 0-100 block of N. Waukegan Road, unincorporated Lake Bluff. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 11.

IMPROPER TRANSPORTATION OF CANNABIS

Jaiveon N. Davis, 20, of the 1600 block of 19th Street, Zion, is accused of improper transportation of cannabis, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 17 at Sheridan Road and Beach Place, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
