Possible School Funding Cuts Addressed at Upcoming Forum

In response to the concern expressed by many community members about Senate Bill 16 (SB16), proposed legislation that would cut state funding from our District budget, Illinois State Representative Scott Drury is hosting a forum to present details about the legislation and answer questions.

This forum is an opportunity for all stakeholders to share information and engage in a conversation about improving Illinois’ public education system. Panelists will include staff from the Illinois State Board of Education, Advance Illinois and administrators from local school districts.
