Speeding Drunken Drivers Nabbed: Riverwoods PD Blotter

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Erwin J. Lane, Jr., 29, of the 3000 block of W. George Street, Chicago, is accused of speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:31 p.m. Sept. 28, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 6.
• Stephen Joseph Chap, 39, of the 400 block of Sherman Avenue, Evanston, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 11:51 p.m. Sept. 15, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 16.
• Edith Rodriguez, 31, of the 10600 block of W. Eastwood Road, Beach Park, is accused of speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Sept. 6, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 9.
