Village Of Deerfield: Compost Soil Available At Metra Station

The Village and LRS will have more compost soil this Saturday, May 24, at the Deerfield Metra station parking lot at Park Avenue from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., available first come, first served while supplies last. If you already picked up compost last weekend, please leave this batch for others to enjoy. Compost is great for spring gardening, landscaping, and lawns and some of it may have come from your own curbside bin. Please bring your own buckets. Shovels will be provided. Limit of 20 gallons per household.
