Village Of Deerfield: Tree Trimming Contractor Set To Begin Annual Work
The work is expected to take two weeks to complete and is weather dependent.
The Village’s tree trimming contractor is expected to begin their annual work on Monday, January 13. This work includes trimming of Village-owned trees along Deerfield Road, west of Waukegan Road, as well as a portion of the Village-owned trees within the southwest quadrant. This work is expected to take two weeks to complete and is weather dependent.
Trimming is scheduled during the dormant season to avoid unnecessary damage or trauma to the tree and is done in accordance with professional standards. It may include cutting lower limbs for clearance and thinning of the crown. Contact Public Works at 847.317.7245 with questions.
