Warrant For Child Porn Possession Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

A 22-year-old Waukegan man was arrested at his home last week, according to police.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Ismael L. Nieves, 30, of the 400 block of W. Washington Street, Lake Bluff, is accused of contempt of court, aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting arrest, and was arrested Sept. 15 in the 300 block of S. Greenleaf Street, Park City. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report, and a court date of Oct. 7 was assigned.

  • Armando Paredes, 36, of the 24300 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Sept. 15 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 25.
  • David J. Currie, 51, of the 0-100 block of Route 12, Fox Lake, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Sept. 15 in the 26300 block of W. Grand Avenue, Ingleside. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the incident, and a court date of Oct. 8 was assigned.

IDENTITY THEFT

Latrisha M. Cole, 45, of the 2300 block of Elisha Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for identity theft, and was arrested Sept. 16 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. Cole was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 2.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Miriam H. Garcia Hizeth, 30, of the 1800 block of W. Farwell Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 16 at Route 53 and Long Grove Road, Long Grove. She was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 2.
  • Allen E. Leonard, 45, of the 100 block of W. Big Horn Drive, Hainesville, had a warrant for DUI alcohol, new charges of obstructing a peace officer, obstructing identification, and was arrested Sept. 17 in the 24700 block of Clinton Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 2.
  • Terrence P. Nelson, 35, of the 6700 block of Derby Drive, Gurnee, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, obstructing identification, failure to report an accident, and was arrested Sept. 18 in the 4400 block of Heritage Lane, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 3.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • James N. Johnson, 46, of the 38400 block of Holdridge Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 17 at Lewis and Beach avenues, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Jesus Lopez, Jr., 48, of the 100 block of S. Gretta, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 19 at Green Bay and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

BURGLARY

Abraham Hernandez-Dejesus, 21, of the 3500 block of W. Fullerton Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested Sept. 17 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 19.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Leon D. Hammond, 54, of the 2000 block of N. Butrick Street, Waukegan, is accused of having no driver's license, a suspended registration, and was arrested Sept. 18 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Ro Neisha M. Posey, 28, of the 10200 block of Crissy Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having no driver's license, a suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 20 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Posey was released following the arrest.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Daron J. Logan, 22, of the 500 block of Lakehurst Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful possession of child pornography, and was arrested Sept. 19 in the 500 block of Lakehurst Road, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 26.

RESISTING ARREST

Luis M. Flores-Barbarenna, 29, of the 400 block of Hickory Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for resisting arrest, driving under the influence, and was arrested Sept. 19 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 16.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

Ramon A. Morrison, 26, of the 400 block of Burton Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated unlawful restraint, domestic battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and was arrested Sept. 20 in the 24300 block of Route 134, unincorporated Round Lake. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of Oct. 16 was assigned.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Jose M. Jaimes-Gominguez, 38, of the 0-100 block of N. Clifton Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 21 in the 38300 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
