Wisconsin Man With Stolen Car Resists Arrest: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

The 54-year-old was arrested over the weekend in unincorporated Zion, according to police.

  • Tyler James Smith, 29, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Aug. 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 3.
  • Lee Chin, 44, of the 700 block of Harms Court, Wheeling, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Aug. 22 in the 20500 block of N. Horatio Boulevard, unincorporated Buffalo Grove. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Aug. 27.

MISUSE OF 911

Charles P. Schneider, 30, of the 27600 block of W. Orchard Drive, Ingleside, is accused of misuse of 911, and was arrested Aug. 18 in the 27600 block of W. Orchard Drive, Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 9.

FAILURE OF SEX OFFENDER TO REPORT CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Ryan M. Shaver, 42, of the 25800 block of Midlothian Road, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of failure of sexual offender to report change of address, and was arrested Aug. 19 in the 25800 block of Midlothian Road, unincorporated Mundelein. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Sept. 10.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Keith Vovillia, 38, of the 1400 block of 11th Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 20 in the 1400 block of 11th Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 10.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Konstantino Papandreou, 31, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested Aug. 29 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Sept. 5.
  • Oldrich Cerny, 46, of the 4000 block of Raven Lane, Rolling Meadows, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 21 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 1.
  • Bianca Jaquez, 21, of the 0-100 block of Pampas Court, Bolingbrook, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 21 in the 37800 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 1.
  • Susan D. Jaye, 57, of the 300 block of Spring Avenue, Naperville, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 24 in the 41800 block of Route 41, Wadsworth. She was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 1.

BATTERY

Alexander Loeza-Manriquez, 42, of the 38300 block of N. Wilson Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of battery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and was arrested Aug. 21 in the 38300 block of N. Wilson Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 22.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Daniel Moreno, 24, of the 1200 block of Wadsworth Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for aggravated fleeing to elude, and was arrested Aug. 21 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 27.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Jordan Oiler, 19, of the 28400 block of W. Kelsey Court, unincorporated Barrington, is accused of aggravated assault, and was arrested Aug. 22 in the 28400 block of W. Kelsey Court, unincorporated Barrington. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 8.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

Gretchen A. Glauser, 58, of the 200 block of Cedarwood Lane, Antioch, is accused of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, reckless driving, and was arrested Aug. 23 at Route 59 and Towline Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was being in the Lake County Jail and was assigned a court date of Aug. 26.

PAROLE VIOLATION

Sarah N. Nighsonger, 45, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, had a warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a parole violation, and was arrested Aug. 23 in the 41800 block of N. Route 41, Wadsworth. A future court date in Wisconsin was to be determined at the time of the report.

RETAIL THEFT

Brian W. Stedronsky, 45, of the 26500 block of W. Orchard Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Aug. 24 in the 33900 block of W. Orchard Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 10.

THEFT

Patience J. Cedzilo, 40, of the 33900 block of W. Highpoint Road, Ingleside, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Aug. 24 in the 33900 block of Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Sept. 9.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Todd Schoen, 54, of Plesant Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, and was arrested Aug. 24 in the 14800 block of W. Russell Road, unincorporated Zion. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
