Wisconsin Woman Arrested For Reckless Endangerment: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT

Sonia Dell Rienecker, 63, of the 4200 block of N 63rd Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant out of Milwaukee County for reckless endangerment. She was arrested on Nov. 16 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. She will appear in court in Milwaukee County on a to-be-determined date.

BATTERY

• Lataunja J. Calvin, 25, of the 8100 block of W Lisbon Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of battery. Calvin was arrested on Nov. 16 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date is scheduled for Dec. 20.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

• Varan Iovita, 65, of the 1200 block of Franklin Lane, Buffalo Grove, is accused of criminal damage to property. Iovita was arrested on Nov. 16 at Route 83 and Hicks Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date is scheduled for Dec. 15.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Brandon L. Weissmann, 26, of the 39000 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery. He was arrested on Nov. 16 at that address and bond was set at $35,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 1.
• Mauricio Q. Santander, 40, of the 6100 block of N Nagel Drive, Chicago, is accused of having a warrant out for domestic battery. He was arrested on Nov. 17 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, and bond was set at $100,000. A court date is scheduled for Dec. 16.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE

• Jorge Santiago Hernandez, 37, of the 200 block of N Neltnor Boulevard, West Chicago, is accused of having a warrant out for criminal trespassing to a vehicle. He was arrested on Nov. 16 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park, and bond was set at $20,000. A court date is scheduled for Dec. 16.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICE

• Andrea L. Majewski, 50, of the 41500 block of N Route 41, Wadsworth, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for deceptive practice. She was arrested on Nov. 17 at the 41500 block of N Route 41, Wadsworth, and bond was set at $5,000. She will appear in court in Cook County on a to-be-determined date.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Jazmin S. Mitchell, 23, of the 3000 block of Ezekiel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested on Nov. 17 at 9th Street & Lewis Avenue, Winthrop Harbor. Bond was set at $1,500 and she is scheduled to appear in Branch Court.
• Katherine Cisneros, 26, of the 800 block of S Jackson St, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended and no insurance. She was arrested on Nov. 18 at Sheridan Road and Howard Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000 and she is scheduled to appear in Branch Court.
• Draemion A. Johnson, 40, of the 300 block of Barron Boulevard, Grayslake, is accused of driving while license revoked and illegal transportation of cannabis. Johnson was arrested at Route 45 and Centers Street, Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and an appearance in Branch Court is scheduled.
• Felix McGowan, 33, of the 2200 block of Horeb Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked. He was arrested on Nov. 20 at Route 173 & Kenosha Road, Zion, and bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in Branch Court.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Elizabeth Mojica, 35, of the 10600 block of W Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. She was arrested on Nov. 17 at Yorkhouse Road and Chestnut Street, Beach Park, and bond was set at $3,000. She is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
• Salvatore Dispena, 53, of the 38200 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant out for aggravated driving under the influence. He was arrested on Nov. 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, and bond was set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 7.
• Todd C. Epp, 57, of the 100 block of Three Oaks Road, Cary, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and open transportation of alcohol. He was arrested on Nov. 18 at Route 22 and Road 59, Lake Barrington, and bond was set at $3,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
• Abraham J. Rodriguez, 22, of the 24500 block of W Forest Avenue, Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and open transportation of alcohol. He was arrested on Nov. 18 in the 35400 block of Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Round Lake, and bond was set at $3,000. A court date is scheduled for Jan. 5.
• Deonte J. Sample, 29, of the 600 block of W 70th St, Chicago, is accused of having a warrant out for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested on Nov. 19 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, and bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 7.
• Chase M. Saldivar, 36, of the 26200 block of W Alexander Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of having a warrant out for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested on Nov. 19 in the 14600 block of Russell Road, Unincorporated Zion, and bond was set at $20,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 3.
• Omar Perez, 41, of the 100 block of Nasa Cir, Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and open transportation of alcohol. He was arrested on Nov. 19 in the 5800 block of Teal Lane, Long Grove, and bond was set at $3,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
• Murray L. Cobb, 53, of the 500 block of Helmholtz Ave, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated driving while license revoked. He was arrested on Nov. 19 at Sheridan Road and Blanchard Road, Beach Park, and bond was set at $30,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 24.
• Talia S. Brewster-Lovelace, 33, of the 1100 block of Piccolo Lane, Volo, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and no insurance. She was arrested on Nov. 20 at Route 176 and Orchard Drive, Island Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
• Jeremy R. Brobst, 27, of the 300 block of Sydenham Street, Spring Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and no insurance. He was arrested at North Avenue and Burning Bush, Unincorporated Antioch, and bond was set at $3,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
• Anthony D. Almond, 34, of the 5100 block of 60th St, Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (57 mph in a 30 mph zone) and driving while license revoked. He was arrested on Nov. 20 at Lewis Avenue & Longwood Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Fernando Vargas, 39, of the 200 block of Hawthorne Dr, Round Lake, is accused of no driver's license. He was arrested on Nov. 17 at Rollins Road and Drury Road, Unincorporated Round Lake, and bond was set at $1,500. He is set to appear in Branch Court.
• Jesus Arroyo-Calderon, 31, of the 2000 block of Howe Street, Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of no driver's license and no insurance. He was arrested on Nov. 20 at Route 173 and Green Bay Road, Wadsworth, and bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in Branch Court.

SPEEDING

• Omar Ghias, 24, of the 3600 block of Fremont Drive, Chicago, is accused of aggravated speeding (driving 94 mph in a 45 mph zone). He was arrested on Nov. 18 at Route 137 & Butterfield Road, Libertyville, and bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in Branch Court.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

• Dragan Mamlic, 61, no permanent address, is accused of criminal trespass to property. Mamlic was arrested on Nov. 19 in the 35200 block of Grant Avenue, Third Lake. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date is scheduled for Dec. 9.
• Christopher Turner, 42, of the 1000 block of Alma Drive, Round Lake, is accused of criminal trespass to property and obstructing identification. He was arrested on Nov. 20 in the 37100 block of N Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, and bond was set at $30,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 16.
