Ascension Living Nazarethville Place (300 North River Road, Des Plaines), has received Telligen’s Blue Ribbon in COVID-19 Vigilance Award. This award recognizes their commitment to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and places the organization on Telligen’s Illinois 2023 Blue Ribbon in COVID-19 Vigilance Recognition List.

Nursing homes on the recognition list have met the criteria to prevent the spread of COVID-19 for the safety of their residents and staff. This includes completing a COVID-19 preparedness attestation and achieving a staff up-to-date vaccination rate of at least 15% and a resident up-to-date vaccination rate of at least 70%.
