Des Plaines Mayoral Hopefuls Geared up for Three Debates

Former mayor of Des Plaines Anthony “Tony” Arredia, Third Ward Alderman Matt Bogusz and Sixth Ward Alderman Mark Walsten will meet for three debates in five days beginning Wednesday.

Here are the basics:

Debate Hosted by the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce

• Where: Giuseppe’s La Cantina, 1062 Lee St.  in Des Plaines
• When: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20.

Debate Hosted by Journal and Topics Newspapers

• Where: Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner St. in Des Plaines.
• When: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21.

Debate Hosted by Frisbie Senior Center’s Senior Advisory Council

• Where: Frisbie Senior Center, 52 E. Northwest Highway in Des Plaines.
• When: 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, March 24.
