Both vehicles traveled east on Touhy Avenue and, when the complainant pulled up along side the passenger side of the Elantra, according to the report, the Elantra driver began yelling at the other driver, made some kind of hand signal, and then threw something at the other vehicle, which caused the driver’s side rear window to break.

Police located five M-type explosive devices inside the box of Robles’ items.
