Man Solicits Sexual Act In Nordstrom Parking Garage
The incident took place in the parking garage of an upscale department store at Westfield Old Orchard Mall.
According to Skokie police reports, a Solicitation of a Sexual Act incident took place in the parking garage of Nordstrom, an upscale department store at Westfield Old Orchard Mall, on November 20 at 7:06 p.m.
An Asian male, approximately 25 to 30 years of age, 5’4” tall, 150-160 pounds, asked the female victim, who did not know him, if she needed money and then stated he would give her money if she would perform a sexual act on him, police said. The man then fled in an unknown white four-door vehicle.
