Disturbing the Peace
Thomas Diamond, owner of Fountain Blue, 2300 Mannheim Road, was issued a citation for disturbing the peace after police received two noise complaints from residents in the area of the business between 10:22 p.m. and 11 p.m. on July 27.

Police stated when they went into the residentsβ backyards they could hear music and someone speaking on a microphone coming from Fountain Blue.
The responding officer told Diamond to turn the volume down, and Diamond said, according to the report, he was not going to turn the volume down.

Criminal Damage to Vehicle
The back door of a van parked at a residence in the 1700 block of Whitcomb Avenue was dented sometime between 5 p.m. on July 20 and 5 p.m. on July 22, police stated. An estimate for property loss was unknown.

The south wall on a business building in the 1000 block of S. Lee Street was vandalized with brown spray-paint sometime between noon on July 28 and 7:15 a.m. on July 30, police stated. Property loss was estimated at $50.
