β’ Dixon boys win BNC opener: Wednesday's Sauk Valley roundup (shawlocal.com) β Dixon High Schoolβs boys basketball team snapped a four-game skid with a big 67-43 win over Rockford Christian in their Big Northern Conference opener, led by Brody Nicklaus and Xavion Jones. The roundup also highlights other Sauk Valley basketball and bowling results, giving local fans a quick look at how neighboring teams fared.
