Downers Grove church to offer Pet Blessing

On Saturday, October 4th, 5:00 pm, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church will be having their annual Pet Blessing service, outside in the south parking lot. All of God’s creatures are welcome to participate in the service and be blessed. Remember how much they have blessed your lives. All companion animals are welcome – please be sure they are leashed or crated and that they are current in their vaccinations. Those wishing to have their picture taken with their pets should arrive before the service begins. This has become a wonderful annual celebration!
