Free Seedlings Available For Arbor Day In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Downers Grove Park District residents can beautify their yards with free seedlings that will be available from the park district in honor of Arbor Day.
Here's a list of the seedlings you can choose from:
- Bur oak
- Pecan
- Red oak
- Swamp white oak
"Embrace the spirit of community and environmental stewardship by receiving complimentary tree seedlings to plant and nurture for a greener tomorrow," the Downers Grove Park District wrote in their description.
