Missing Motorcycle Tires
A man at 5:08 p.m. reported that someone took his UPS package of motorcycle tires on the 7300 block of Grand Avenue. He tracked the package online and expected it to be delivered to his front door at 3:43 p.m. "It should be noted that the complainant lives in a multi-unit residential building, so the package was likely left in an unsecured vestibule," said the police report for this incident. The man came home at 5 p.m. and couldn't find the package. He searched around his entire building, two neighboring buildings and asked neighbors if they had seen the package, with no results. The two tires were valued at $320.

A hospital employee at 9:04 a.m. reported her white iPhone 4S stolen from her desk on the 3800 block of Highland Avenue. The employee has her own office in a group of other offices. The group of offices has a door that's locked at night, but she keeps her office unlocked. This iPhone was valued at $400.
