How did the business come to be?

My wife and I were corporate employees and decided that wasn't going to be a good long term plan for us, so we sold our house, quit our jobs and opened up Doggie Depot. Seven years later, we couldn't be happier!

Why did you choose the area you did?

Simply put: We love dogs. Dogs are our passion, and we felt daycare would be well-recieved in Downers Grove.

What does your business offer?

Doggie daycare, boarding and training. We also offer grooming through another Downers Business, Tails in a Tub.

What’s a fact about your business that most customers probably don’t know?

We are big supporters of the local humane society, West Suburban Humane Society. They are even holding their 40th anniversary party at our facilities.

What’s your most popular product or service?

Doggie Daycare is our most popular service, with about 90 families a day bringing their dogs in to us.
