Target Recalls Children's Frog Masks
Masks are a suffocation risk because they don't provide proper ventilation. Target is offering full refunds.
Plush children's frog masks sold at Target are being recalled because they could cause suffocation when worn.
Target is participating in the voluntary recall initiated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. About 3,400 units have been sold. No injuries have been reported.
The masks lack proper ventilation. When secured in place across a child's face, the mask presents a suffocation hazard to the child.

The plush mask is green with yellow and red highlights. There are two eye cutouts and a green elastic band with a fastener used to secure the mask at the back of the child's head. UPC code 06626491474 is printed on a label attached to the mask. The product, manufactured in China, was sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide in August and September for about $1.
The federal product safety commission urges consumers to stop using the recalled product immediately unless otherwise instructed. Consumers should return the product to any Target store for a full refund.
