Window Shattered As Car Burglarized In Downers Grove
Police say someone broke a window to gain entry to a car that was parked in a residential lot.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Police in Downers Grove are investigating a car burglary in which someone shattered a window to gain entry to a car that was parked in a residential lot.
Police were called to the 5100 block of Washington Street around 7 a.m. on May 10 after a neighbor told a resident their window had been broken. The burglary took place sometime between 4:15 p.m. on May 9 and 6 a.m. on May 10, according to a police report.
Nothing was reported stolen in the burglary. Anyone who has information may call 630-434-5600.
