Creative Connection for artists and writers at Club 120

4-week session seeks to inspire all creatives to get their projects started or completed

Are you a writer with a story brewing in your head and want to write a book? An artist seeking uninterrupted time to create your masterpiece? A crafter in search of fresh inspiration? Gather your laptop and creative materials and get started!

Club 120 at the Atrium at Oak Crest in Elgin is calling on creatives of all kinds to join the upcoming “Creative Connection” - a four week group for artists and writers

The group will meet for four consecutive weeks every Wednesday on August 6, 13, 20, and 27 for two hours from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. There is a fee of $40.00 for all four sessions, which will be held in a comfortable meeting space. Refreshments will be provided.

“Whether you're a seasoned novelist, an emerging painter, or a hobbyist seeking fresh perspective, this opportunity is designed to support your creative journey,” says Susan Cincinelli, executive director at Oak Crest. “Each session will provide time for group introductions, guided discussions, and an option of sharing works in progress.”

Award-winning and seasoned writer Pat Szpekowski, APR, president of PR Strategies and Communications, Inc. in Elgin, will be on hand to offer assistance along with Cincinelli.
