2 Men Charged In Separate Elmhurst Forgery Cases
One man tried to buy a car with a false driver's license, while the other passed a counterfeit bill, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges involving forgery, trespassing, obstruction of justice, aggravated possession of a weapon and DUI. Here is information from the latest Elmhurst police reports:
Forgeries
- Dalvin D. Lockhart, 30, of Chicago, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Friday at Roesch Chrysler Dodge, 200 W. Grand Ave., on charges of forgery, possession of altered or forged documents, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice. Police said Lockhart tried to buy a car with a false driver's license. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Stanley R. McQueen, 39, of Chicago, was arrested about 4 p.m. Friday on charges of delivering a forged document (two counts) and possession with intent to deliver any document known to be forged. The incident involved the Uptown Shop, 123 N. York St., as the victim, police said. Police said McQueen tried to buy merchandise using a counterfeit $100 bill before leaving the area. He was also said to have passed counterfeit bills at two other businesses. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- Antonio J. Nardulli, 25, of Des Plaines, was arrested about 5:30 a.m. Sunday at Route 83 and Riverside Drive on charges of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, DUI, unlawful marijuana possession by a driver, driving an uninsured car and transportation of open alcohol. Police said Nardulli had a loaded gun with no valid concealed carry license. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Trespassing
- A 21-year-old Chicago woman was arrested about 8:30 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of North York Street on charges of criminal trespass to a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver. She was released.
- A 68-year-old La Vegas man was arrested about 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Goodwill Store, 675 W. North Ave., on a charge of criminal trespass to property. He has been arrested repeatedly at the store and other places in Elmhurst. He was released.

- An Elmhurst resident who lives in the 10 block of Willow Tree Court was cited about 8 p.m. Friday on a charge of open burning at Eldridge Park, 362 W. Commonwealth Lane. An officer saw a small fire at the canoe launch area, police said.
Obstruction of justice
- An 18-year-old man who lives in the 800 block of South Chatham Avenue was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday on charges of obstruction of justice, possession of tobacco by a minor, possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana and prowling. Police responded to an incident at Edison Elementary School, 246 S. Fair Ave. He was released.
Disorderly conduct
- A 36-year-old Bensenville man was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Saturday on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police said the drunk man refused to leave 7-Eleven, 525 S. Spring Road, and later urinated in public. He was released.
DUI
- A 44-year-old Villa Park man was arrested shortly after midnight Friday at Roosevelt and Butterfield roads on charges of DUI, resisting arrest, improper lane usage and driving with unsafe tires. He was taken to the police station and then released.
- A 35-year-old Wood Dale man was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Friday at St. Charles Road and Cottage Hill Avenue on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, driving on the wrong side of the road and reckless driving. He was taken to the police station and then released.
