Belligerently Drunk Man Kicked Police Officer
He refused to get in the patrol car when he was arrested, police say.

An intoxicated man was arrested Oct. 31 after he refused to leave a bar in the 100 block of South York.
Elmhurst police were called to the bar around 1:38 a.m., and they found Daniel Yoesle, 26 of the 900 block of Pomeroy Street in Marseilles, was being belligerent.
He said he lost his wallet in the bar, and he demanded he be allowed to go look for it.

Police checked the bar but couldn’t find the wallet. Yoesle “continued being belligerent,” and he tried to push past his friends, knocking them down, police reported.
He refused to leave, and when police arrested him, he refused to get in the patrol car. He then kicked a police officer, according to Elmhurst police.

Yoesle was charged with provoking/engaging in a fight and resisting. He was released on bond.
