Woman's Body Found at Bensenville Golf Course

A woman's body was found at the White Pines Country Club golf course in Bensenville, IL this afternoon.

According to WGN-TV, the woman was found around the entrance of the country club around 8:15 a.m. this morning.

She was 37 years old at the time of her death, authorities said, and was the victim of a possible homicide early this morning in the 11500 block of Grand Ave. in Cook County.

According to the Cook County Sherrif's Department, officers are currently on the scene and the case is pending investigation. The department declined to comment at this time.

WGN-TV reported the DuPage County Coroner's Office is conducting a death investigation and an autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.
