ELMHURST, IL – An older Jeep Grand Cherokee with two Star of David decals was a few feet away from York High School last week.

It was in an area between a sidewalk and the building.

Asked about it, the school's spokeswoman, Tonya Daniels, said in an email that the car was part of the automotive classes and has been with the school for more than 15 years.

"It’s outside because it has reached the end of its useful life and is being picked up for recycling," she said.

Later in the week, the door with the Star of David decals was removed. It was unclear why that was the case.
