ELMHURST, IL - The Christmas lights in front of a house in the 600 block of South Berkley have been cut twice, an Elmhurst resident reported to police.The resident said she replaced the lights after the first time they were cut between Dec. 1 and 2, and the next day she found the lights had been cut again, according to Elmhurst police.The estimated loss is $30. Police interviewed neighbors but didn't find any new information about the Grinchy culprit.
