Jacki Orlando

Jacki Orlando (nee Kraft), 54, of Elmhurst, has died.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Kraft. She is survived by her mother, Pat; her sisters, Pamela, Cynthia and Michelle; and her dear friend Tony Russo.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 426 N. West Ave., Elmhurst. A memorial service will follow.

Mary Barbara Kolassa

Mary Barbara (Barb) Kolassa, 81, a former student at Immaculate Conception High School in Elmhurst, died Aug. 6. She was a high school math teacher, foster parent and child advocate.

She is survived by her husband, John; her children, John, James, Mike and Mary; and her nine grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, at St. Emily Church in Mount Prospect.
