Arrests for Driving Without a License, and Driving With Revoked, Suspended Licenses

Fifteen arrests made between March 14 and 21.

Driving with a Revoked License

Michael Malloy, 50, 130 E. George St. Apt. 429, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a license revoked for DUI after police pulled over his red Ford Econoline van for no rear registration plate light at Clinton and North Avenue at 1:30 a.m. March 19. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Alonzo Salas, 24, 3814 S. Wenonah, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his white Pontiac Grand Prix for speeding at York and Diversey at 7:01 a.m. March 20. He was released on bond.

Driving with a Suspended License

Aristides Troncoso, 48, 3605 N. Tripp, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Chevrolet Trailblazer for disobeying a traffic control signal at North and Melrose at 11:38 p.m. March 14. He was released on bond.

Rick Taormina, 40, 2508 N. Lincoln, Franklin Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Dodge Charger for no seat belt at North and Melrose at 12:33 a.m. March 15. He was released on bond.

Dwayne Hudson, 21, 3919 Wabash St. Apt. 104, Detroit, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Impala for failure to signal at Church and Lake at 11:47 p.m. March 15. He was released on bond.

Arturo Sales, 25, 3044 N. Avers, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Jeep for no headlights at North and Melrose at 11:49 p.m. March 16. He also was charged with three counts of failure to secure a child. He was released on bond.

Ryan Knowles, 33, 1997 Mountain Road, Morrise, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his beige Toyota Camry for improper lane use and suspended registration at York and Palmer at 12:07 a.m. March 17. He was released on bond.

Mauricio Sepulveda, 49, 236 N. Myrtle, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his blue Mercury Villager for expired registration at 11:57 p.m. March 17. He was released on bond.

Jonathan Ramos, 20, 925 S. Golf Cul De Sac, Des Plaines, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Ford E350 for expired registration at Diversey and York at 3:56 p.m. March 18. He was released on bond.

James B. Moore Jr., 38, 238 Fenwood Lane, Hillside, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Cadillac for disobeying a traffic control device at Butterfield and York at 9:24 a.m. March 20. Police said Moore gave incorrect identification, and he was wanted on two warrants. He was released on bond on the Elmhurst charges and was turned over to Hillside police for the warrants.

Leopoldo Cardenas-Alonzo, 19, 10518 Drummond Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled him over for disobeying a traffic control device and tinted windows at North and Myrtle at 9:35 a.m. March 21. He was released on bond. A passenger in the vehicle, Estrellita Cardenas, 20, of the same address, was arrested on a warrant out of Elk Grove Village. She was released on bond.

Santana Cifuentes, 37, 1044 S. York Road Apt. 2A, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over a silver Toyota Camry on York Road at 3:56 p.m. March 21. Police said Cifuentes also was wanted on a warrant out of DuPage County. He was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Edie Herrera-Valle, 47, 425 Cherry Valley Road, Vernon Hills, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Jeep Grand Cherokee for disobeying a traffic control device at North and Elm at 12:31 a.m. March 16. He was released on bond.

Cesar Ramos-Olmedo, 26, 59 W. Michael Drive Apt. 6, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his green Fort Expedition for speeding at North and Indina at 4:11 p.m. March 16. He was released on bond.

Jose Lopez-Hernandez, no age given, 1913 Mansard Apt. 112, Mount Prospect, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his gray Chevrolet Express at North Avenue and Route 83 at 1:51 p.m. March 16. He was released at the scene.
