Drunk Guy with Arrest Warrant Not Welcome on Train or in Restaurant: Police
Tracy Veltri of North Dakota was processed by Elmhurst police and released on bond.

Elmhurst, IL - Elmhurst police were called to Armand's Pizza around 5:28 p.m. March 4 for reports of an intoxicated person who refused to leave the restaurant on W. First Street.
Tracy Veltri, 53 of Riverview Trailer Park in New Town, North Dakota, eventually left the business, and officers found him at the Elmhurst train depot, according to Elmhurst police.
Veltri told officers he was kicked off the train for being too loud in the quiet car before he went to Armand's.

Police found there was an active warrant for Veltri's arrest. He was processed at the Elmhurst police station and released on bond to a friend, police reported.
