Elmhurst Coffee Shop Set To Open This Fall
The owner plans to be creative with its astrological theme.

ELMHURST, IL – A woman with an interest in astrology plans to open a coffee shop this fall in downtown Elmhurst.
Owner Sylvia Galvin said Thursday she aims to launch Zodiac Coffee Shop at 112 W. Park Ave. in a couple of months.
"The era of Starbucks is ending," she said in an interview. "People are looking for a nice place to have coffee. A lot of people are working from home. They want a break from sitting at home all day. They want to work in an environment where they can have a cup of coffee."

"I want to be creative with it," she said.
She said she maintains a healthy lifestyle, so the shop will offer "super healthy" food.
"This will be my first business in the United States," said Galvin, who was born and raised in Poland and still travels to Europe a lot. "I am very excited."
