Elmhurst Doctor's Office Worker Arrested: Cops
She is accused of fraudulently seeking a prescription, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – An employee of an Elmhurst doctor's office was arrested this week after fraudulently seeking a prescription, authorities said.
Jordan Dahbashi, 30, of Oakbrook Terrace, was charged Tuesday with unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance, local police said.
She was an employee of the Physicians Of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics office, 360 W. Butterfield Road, Suite 270, police said.

A supervisor in the office told police that she received a notification from a pharmacy asking to verify a prescription for Dahbashi. The supervisor reported the prescription was fraudulent.
Dahbashi's LinkedIn page indicates she started working at the office in July.

She was taken to the DuPage County Jail, but jail records indicate she was no longer there as of Thursday.
