Elmhurst Felony Suspect Resists Arrest: Police
He was accused of retail theft twice in September. In one case, he faces a felony burglary charge.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man was taken to the DuPage County Jail last week after he was picked up on a warrant, local police said.
Robert Kouzoukas, 41, who lives in the 300 block of West North Avenue, was arrested shortly before noon Thursday on a warrant. He was also charged with resisting arrest.
In September, Kouzoukas was arrested after stealing alcohol from Walgreens, 160 Robert Palmer Drive, police said.

Authorities also said he was wanted for a retail theft at CVS Pharmacy three days earlier.
He was charged with one felony count of burglary and two counts of retail theft.
