Elmhurst Liquor Store Robbed: Cops
The clerk called the business owner before dialing 911, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst liquor store clerk was robbed Saturday night, with one of the three suspects saying he had a gun but not displaying it, local police said.
About 8 p.m., the men entered Elmhurst Food & Liquor, 416 N. York St., and stole several boxes of liquor before leaving north on York Street in a black sedan with no license plates displayed, police said.
The clerk called the business owner to discuss the situation before dialing 911, police said.
