Elmhurst Man Who Harassed Neighbor Arrested Again: Cops
In 2023, the man tried to enter responding officers' cars, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man who is accused of harassing a neighbor was arrested again Saturday in connection with the case, authorities said.
The 67-year-old man, who lives in the 400 block of North Van Auken Street, was arrested on a DuPage County warrant at his house, police said.
Police said the man failed to appear in court in the case. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

On Oct. 26, 2023, he was charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct.
Early that morning, the man repeatedly opened and closed a neighbor's door in the middle of the night, then tried to enter responding officers' cars, police said.

After the incident, Patch obtained the police report on the incident and wrote a story about it.
According to the report, a responding officer greeted the man, who replied, "F--- off. Get out of here."
